Dealership had a power outage and did not call to let us know. When we got there to pick up the van I was told I needed to pay with cash or a credit card. They wanted to text me a link to pay by credit card know. When we got there to pick up the van I was told I needed to pay with cash or a credit card. They wanted to text me a link to pay by credit card. Didn't trust me to pay online as soon as I got back to the office. We have been a business customer for many many years. Clerk had an attitude about going and asking manager if I could pay from email to the office. Will think twice about going back to this dealership for next service. There are other Toyota Dealers closer to the office. More
