I went to the Ford building first as I was there to test drive an F-150. There was no one on the sales floor. I waited several minutes to see that all the salesmen were out on the side of the building smo drive an F-150. There was no one on the sales floor. I waited several minutes to see that all the salesmen were out on the side of the building smoking. I was ready to leave. I decided to drive past the used trucks and Zach came walking towards me. He was not only very nice but very understanding of the position I was in. I told him what I wanted in a truck and he and the sales manager did a fantastic job of selecting several trucks for me to look at. All of which had everything or almost everything I wanted. Zach was the only reason I stayed and was willing to be flexible to buy a truck. The support staff in the Chevy building where Zach came from was also just as great Zach. I can’t say enough about Zach and how wonderful and helpful he was. He completely went above and beyond before he even knew what happened at the Ford building. More

I took a F150 in for a trade and explained everything to Zachary Ott and I ask him not to screw me too bad and of course Zach said that he would not do that to anyone. After putting down $2500 security deposit for a pick up truck, which done over the phone and the words "non-refundable" were never mentioned, after an agreement could not be obtained after reviewing paper truck, which done over the phone and the words "non-refundable" were never mentioned, after an agreement could not be obtained after reviewing paper work and contract, the dealership refused to give me my money back after they told me that if I wasn't ready they would refund me. The contract had errors and discrepancies all over it , used the wrong sources of income after I told them to correct it, charged me for tires on a truck I do not own, and after I told them I didn't want to the truck with all these errors and bad information, they put the truck back on the lot a few days later and lowered the price $4000 of the price I was originally quoted. They proceeded to call me a child and a baby due to the fact I didn't want to go through paper work that was wrong. So insulting me and lying to me about the price and then lowering it even more that my $2500, that clearly tells you there is something wrong with this company. I had to report them to the BBB, Secretary of State Dealership Division, The Ford Motor Company and my credit card company. Stay away from this dealership they are full of thief's, scam artists, liars and swindlers. More
