Let me grant you the courtesy that was not allotted to me and my spouse by warning you DO NOT give your business to Zach Purvis of Honda of Ocala. We made an appointment with Purvis to view a pre-own veh and my spouse by warning you DO NOT give your business to Zach Purvis of Honda of Ocala. We made an appointment with Purvis to view a pre-own vehicle the dealership had in stock. Purvis was very aware that we lived an hour away, our price point and that we were not interested in wasting their time. He scheduled us in for an appointment and was in agreement and acknowledged everything discussed. The day of the appointment we made an arrangement for childcare and commuted the hour to the dealership. Once we got to the dealership at our appointment time Purvis had yet to arrive another sales associate went on to inform us that the vehicle we had came to see was sold yesterday. Purvis arrived 15 minutes later while the associated tried and failed to find another vehicle that fit what we were told to expect. Best practice would have warted a phone call. Common courtesy would have at least offered an acknowledgment of they fact that they wasted our time. When I asked to speak with Purvis he refused to leave his office. Leaving the sales associate unprepared and scrambling to answer for his “manager” faults. It’s very clear that ZACH PURVIS does not value his employees, position or YOUR time. More
