Hello, my name is Zach Jenkins. I've been proudly serving as a team member at Byers Dublin Subaru since 2010. I joined the team to sell my favorite brand, because of how well they treated me when I bought my first Subaru in 2005. They have always provided a comfortable environment for customers to shop, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy representing Byers. I cannot say enough good things about the Subaru brand, along with what they stand for. Subaru has a focus on Customer Satisfaction, Safety, the Environment, not to mention an All Wheel Drive system that I will not do without in my personal cars. I have and will continue to buy Subaru's for myself, along with all my family and friends. I feel good about helping people own such safe cars. Bought a Great Vehicle at a Reasonable Price. It's all about the people. Keith Cordova, sales manager & Zack Jenkins, finance did a great job for us, but Atef Behery, sales, "sealed the deal" wi It's all about the people. Keith Cordova, sales manager & Zack Jenkins, finance did a great job for us, but Atef Behery, sales, "sealed the deal" with us. There was some controversy over the amount offered for our trade-in, but a fair compromise was worked out. We didn't get a great deal, but we did negotiate a very good deal for our fourth Outback Ltd. We've owned a 2011, a 2014 & a 2017 previously & they've all been above average in quality & reliability, not to mention safety & fuel economy. The technology has evolved in a positive direction with each of them & our new 2019 appears to have continued that trend. Subaru is doing a lot of things right in development, manufacturing & quality control. The staff at Byers Subaru Dublin in sales, service, parts & management are all friendly, listen well to the concerns we've had & work to address our concerns with a positive resolution to a given problem. We have been customers of B.S.D. & Atef since 2014. As long as Subaru & Byers continue to "do it right", we will continue to be customers for as long as we can get behind a steering wheel & drive. Zach is AWESOME! Zach Jenkins couldn't be any better of a salesman! I went into the dealership thinking I knew exactly what I wanted then decided on something differen Zach Jenkins couldn't be any better of a salesman! I went into the dealership thinking I knew exactly what I wanted then decided on something different that wasn't available with it being so late in the year. I wasn't able to wait until the new ones start to arrive because my current vehicle (a 2004 Subaru Forester) has almost 300,000 miles on it and I was told by my mechanic that it is very rusted on the underside and I need to get into a new car asap. The Forester still runs like a charm though! Zach moved mountains for me to find my perfect match with a dealership trade and kept in touch with me with all new updates as he got them. Not only that, Zach was so calm and friendly throughout the whole process which kept me relaxed. In addition, he is very informative with beneficial information that helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and he was truly committed to making sure I was making the best decision for me and not an impulsive decision. Once I was able to pick up my new vehicle, Zach took the time to help me set everything up in the car. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience! The dealership as a whole is fantastic! Everyone there was great and a fun group to be around! But I must say Zach certainly is a big asset to the dealership! More

I wanted to test drive 3 different cars on a Saturday (busiest day) when I got back from the first drive, my second car was lined up waiting for the run thru on specs. I cannot believe how smooth and easy the process was. John in finance was knowledgeable and went at my pace. Best experience I’ve had at a dealer! More

Zach was the only one who addressed immediately (one place we waited almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged... we almost walked out. Told him situation( lease for our son with a budget) and he did not try to oversell. Told us what to expect with timing, price and what was available. Best part, no surprises. Once car arrived, he explained how it worked and wasn’t in a hurry. He came in on his day off because he knew it was a surprise fir my son. Great experience More
