This is my 2nd car in 2 years. The Manager Tom Coppola was excellent the 1st time, and the reason I came back a second time. I will continue to come back and refer others there as a result. Toyota's are g was excellent the 1st time, and the reason I came back a second time. I will continue to come back and refer others there as a result. Toyota's are great cars, when you add great customer service, you have a winning combination. This was the same excellent service from Jerome Robinson who assisted me as well. That day I came in after work to look at new deals and it was raining, not only did Tom and Jerome got me in a new car, but Jerome was in the rain assisting me and another customer with a smile and urgency as it was late. The Sales team are Excellent, I have seen others in action. The finance dept. Frank was great that night. The staff that detailed wash the car 2 days after because i could not stay was excellent I am Very Disappointed with Service department or policy. I left the dealership after 8:30pm. Because of the lateness, rain and i ordered the remote starter And alarm $ 1500, i had to come back the next day to get it installed, which is understandable. My trade in car had wheel locks and a roof rack that needed to be transferred to my new car. Being that it was raining heavily, and after 8:30pm that could not have been done. When I came the next day to have the $1500 add on purchase installed, I was informed by the service department that they could not transfer the wheel locks or the roof rack without charging me for it. Yes, I bought a new car the night before, bought an additional $1500 in accessories to be installed and now I am outside taking off the wheel locks and the roof rack myself because i cannot understand how 1 department, the sales team is excellent with customer service and you have a service department out for nickels and dime refusing to complete the buying experience. I will take my service needs to Plaza auto mall in Brooklyn. Keep up the great work sales team. Advantage Toyota, Please work on and emphasize customer service in the policies and interaction on Service side of the business. It is not the service person Andy's fault, it is a reflection of how the service department it is managed and their policies that seems to go against Toyota's values. Thats how businesses start losing customers on the service side. Even 2 days after I purchased the car, the deal is signed and done, Tom C. and Jerome R. gave me their time, attention and focus to make my car buying experience the best. More
