From the moment I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. She sat me down, told me the exact services I’m getting, checked for recalls, and advised me how long, which she said under a hour. I got my car back in 47 minutes, and also was provided with a multipoint inspection with my paperwork, love that it tells me everything that is green. I saw the valles and they said the car would be right up, which 30 seconds later it was up and taking plastic off, which is so nice to stay clean. celine is an asset to the dealership and I won’t be going to anyone else but her. I can’t wait to see her in 5 months for my next service checkup! Thank you everyone at Toyota. More

I just wanted to say that I came in for my 3rd service and I was greeted with a bubbly person by the name of Celine. Now I’ve been with Advantage Toyota the past 4 years and I never had this experience. C and I was greeted with a bubbly person by the name of Celine. She showed me my cabin filter which FYI WAS GROSS. She gave me a price and of course I agreed. After all the service, she told me when was the next service and mileage. I must say to you guys, she’s awesome and she made me wanna come back. Please let her know she is great and I love her personality and my wife and I will come back and see her whenever something happens to the car. She’s a great aspect to your dealership.
