This is our second new car purchase from Andrew Toyota and Prentis Farce. Both times we have had great experiences. This last one was especially seamless. Prentis made it VERY easy for us. He found the car and in a little more than an hour we signed papers. Prentis did EXTRA homework on our new vehicle so he could educate us on how everything worked. He is always pleasent and knowlegable. Anything we ask is "no big deal" for him. We got the car we wanted and even saved some $$!! Laurie worked with us in Finance (also our second experience with her) She is very professional and fabulous to deal with. We have been taking our Toyotas to Willie in Service and feel we are always well taken care of and made to feel our needs are important! Buying cars is something that my husband and I hate to do because of the bad experiences we've had in the past at other places. At Andrew, we have always felt like they would help us get into the car we wanted no matter what it took. I am LOVING my new loaded Sienna! More

I have been servicing all of my vehicles for years with Andrew Toyota. They always are very honest and up front with everything. In the service department, I have worked mainly with Willie. When bringing in my cars, I feel it is more like stopping by a friends house than having my vehicle serviced. When Willie is not around, everyone else in the service area has been more than helpful. It was because of this service that I looked to purchase our most recent car at Andrew... I worked with Peter Klein. Peter was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating to us. He made sure that he showed us every feature on our Venza, and made it very clear that we could call him ANY time for anything regarding the vehicle. My wife was impressed with the time he took to hook her phone up to the bluetooth and answer any questions that she had. We will be working with Andrew Toyota for years to come....both in the service and sales departments.....Jared in the finance department was also great to work with. Thank you Willie,Peter,Jared and the rest of the Andrew Toyota group. More

Bar None...the best Service Dept. I have ever experienced. I have been getting ym vehicles serviced at Andrew for 13 yrs now and have never had a visit that wasn?t absolutely "top-notch". I would highly recommend the Service Dept. for any Toyota or Scion owners out there. They treat you right and save you money over the Fast Lube Oil Changhe centers out there. This is a dealer you can put 110% of your faith and trust in. More

I found the Prius I was looking for online and worked out the price with Peter Klein before I got there. He was informative, friendly, tried hard to please me, and he answered my questions. I felt no pressur the price with Peter Klein before I got there. He was informative, friendly, tried hard to please me, and he answered my questions. I felt no pressure from him to buy. He introduced me to Willie in the service department and he too was most helpful. He answered a bunch of my questions. Later when I called back to both of them with more questions they continued to be supportive and helpful. I wished I lived closer so that I could get my car serviced there but I am 100 miles away. If it works out in my schedule however, I will come back for service at Andrews. I had to return to get my XM radio installed and Willie made sure I had a ride with George to the mall so that I could get lunch while I waited. When it was time to return George was there promptly to get me. Overall the experience was fun and stress free. Not what a woman who is buying a car on her own expects but it was a wonderful surprise. More
