He really listened to what I wanted in a car and accommodated my needs in a swift and efficient manner. Any time that I stop in at Andrew for any type of servicing, Prentiss not only says "hi' but he says "Hi Jane!". What a delight!!!! The service people are top notch. I don't believe that I'd ever go to another dealership and I have had a Toyota for many, many years. The "C" is wonderful. The staff is outstanding! More

I have purchased and serviced all of my cars (Previas, Sienna and Hylander Hybrid) exclusively at Andrew Toyota, and have always appreciated and trusted the services I have received. I just recently traded in my 2006 Highlander Hybrid for a new 2015 Highlander Hybrid, with Mark Doedens being the salesman. Although there was a 4 month wait for the new car, Mark did his best to obtain the Highlander for me, and kept me posted every step of the way as to what was going on, and when I might expect delivery. I have had the car now for just around 3 weeks, and, so far, just love it. I am still in the process of figuring out all of the electronic/digital details, and know that it will take some time to learn all of the capabilities of the system, but it's really a fun car to drive. I will certainly plan on servicing it again exclusively through Andrew Toyota - really a quality dealership. More

Working with Prentiss is always an enjoyable process. With other dealers and sales people we always dreaded the process and felt like we had to haggle and were being taken advantage of. We always recommend Prentiss to our friends who are in the market for a new car and he has never disappointed! Everyone enjoys the experience from beginning to end! We also prefer to see Willie Willet for our service needs. Willie has helped us for years and is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. We also prefer to do our financing with Laurie's help. She has done several deals for us and we always feel she is working her hardest to get the best for us. She goes out of her way to speed up the process and is so good at what she does! We don't even bother "shopping" around at other dealerships because we feel confident that we are getting the best and fairest deal out there. These three employees stand out above the rest for servicing our family's needs and we appreciate their personal efforts. More

I first went to Andrew Toyota to service my 2005 Sequoia (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. I had very good fortune of running into Willie Willett there, and had him as my service advisor ev (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. I had very good fortune of running into Willie Willett there, and had him as my service advisor ever since. I might add that he is the main reason I decided to stick with Toyota. However, the rest of the staff that I dealt with is just as good, beginning with Marc Brandofina, who was kind enough to take his time and be thorough in all aspects of the sale and beyond (he picked me up from my home) to Peter Klein the SM who was very kind in meting “my demands” and overseeing the entire process. Christian in F&I office made sure I understood everything, and I thank him for explaining it to me several times, since my brain was resisting information at the time. Overall an exceptional dealership. More

This is our second new car purchase from Andrew Toyota and Prentis Farce. Both times we have had great experiences. This last one was especially seamless. Prentis made it VERY easy for us. He found the car and in a little more than an hour we signed papers. Prentis did EXTRA homework on our new vehicle so he could educate us on how everything worked. He is always pleasent and knowlegable. Anything we ask is "no big deal" for him. We got the car we wanted and even saved some $$!! Laurie worked with us in Finance (also our second experience with her) She is very professional and fabulous to deal with. We have been taking our Toyotas to Willie in Service and feel we are always well taken care of and made to feel our needs are important! Buying cars is something that my husband and I hate to do because of the bad experiences we've had in the past at other places. At Andrew, we have always felt like they would help us get into the car we wanted no matter what it took. I am LOVING my new loaded Sienna! More

When bringing in my cars, I feel it is more like stopping by a friends house than having my vehicle serviced. When Willie is not around, everyone else in the service area has been more than helpful. It was because of this service that I looked to purchase our most recent car at Andrew... I worked with Peter Klein. Peter was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating to us. He made sure that he showed us every feature on our Venza, and made it very clear that we could call him ANY time for anything regarding the vehicle. My wife was impressed with the time he took to hook her phone up to the bluetooth and answer any questions that she had. We will be working with Andrew Toyota for years to come....both in the service and sales departments.....Jared in the finance department was also great to work with. Thank you Willie,Peter,Jared and the rest of the Andrew Toyota group. More
