Always a great experience at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. Santos was great. This was my first time doing business with him. Not pushy, very nice, and great customer service. I was done in 2 hrs. Service Techs. Cant See Online Reservations? I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall noti I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall notice I'd received. I was told that I wouldn't be able to come until next week, because she wanted to maintain the integrity of the schedule. I checked online later and saw that there was some availability thinking maybe something opened up some time after my call. I stopped by today and was told by the person who's name was on my reservation confirmation that he can't see my reservation and can't see the online reservations that are made. He then told me that my part to fix the recall wasn't available and needed to be ordered, which I wish the lady had told me when I called. I asked when the part would be in and he said I could come by next Tuesday at the earliest. I told him since I was moving, I would just visit a dealership in my new state. He then said I could drop my car off this Friday to have the recall fixed. It was nice that he offered, but I was a little unsure how he was going to fix my car if the part wasn't in until next Tuesday. Amazing Experience Purchasing a Forester! I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had me test drive the Forester and I fell in love with it. He was very nice, understanding of my wants and needs and definitely got me into a vehicle that meets my requirements. Not too pushy, but very knowledgable. I was very satisfied with what they gave me for my trade and how quick Greg and Mason had all of the paperwork done. I also got to meet Bill in service and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had. I love my Forester and will continue to do business with Heritage Subaru. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru to Josh! Thanks again Josh, Greg, Mason and Bill! More

I was patient and waited a couple of Months because they do not sell many of Manual transmission Outback in the Color I wanted and additional features I ordered. The end result was that and I got a great price for my car and I am extremely happy with my Outback. Fast forward to today and even though I live In Columbia, Maryland I still get my car Services at the Mile One Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland. They simply provide me with the best service and they are always looking out for my best interest. The Staff and Management team at the Heritage Imports in Owings Mills has Unparalleled Customer Service skills. Moreover, the Tech Team in the repair Shop really know and breath Subaru and I have received some valuable advise from them as well. In short, it is such a pleasure to know that my car in good hands whenever I have it serviced at Heritage Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland and this is a Quality Dealership! More
