Bill Middleton is a wonder service advisor. His best attribute is honesty. You guys have had my car for way over 2 weeks and the recall repair has not been completed. I cannot say enough positive words about Heritage and their staff. I had a problem with my car and they all went above and beyond to handle the problem to make sure I was 100% satisfied. 2nd Subaru I bought my second Subaru from Heritage in May. I originally bought a Forester in June 2011. It's been the most dependable car I've ever had. In addit I bought my second Subaru from Heritage in May. I originally bought a Forester in June 2011. It's been the most dependable car I've ever had. In addition, 3 months after buying the Forester, in 2011, I was rear ended at a stop light. The accident was so severe, the car was a complete loss. The Forester held up solidly to the impact and I walked away from the accident. I ended up getting another Forester once the legal/ insurance part was resolved. It gave me a lot of confidence in the safety of the Subaru brand, in addition to reliability. I bought a new Outback and kept the Forester to be used by my soon to be driving family. I bought the car from Charles Coates. I requested to test drive a Crosstrek and a Outback prior to coming in. We had a good test drive in both. He was very personable and friendly. Charles was very detailed in model performance and options. He was very thorough in explaining the car features.He answered any question that my wife and I had about each of the vehicles. There was no high pressure sales and Charles worked with me to come to a price and financing that worked for me. He made the buying process very easy and stress free. I would also have to mention Bill Middleton, in the Service Department. He's big reason I came back to Heritage. He bends over backwards for customers and was always clear and detailed on what service was being done and was always spot on with cost. There was never any surprises when picking up my car. He even would offer a loaner car if I needed it. He's very customer oriented The single biggest reason I will never go back to Toyota was the indifference, inefficiency and the lack of customer service I was shown in their service department! CONS: Lack of customer parking; Having to pull out onto/ off of Reisterstown Rd; distance from home. More

AC repair I booked my service time on line which is very easy. Since I was leaving the Forester for the day, checking in was easy too. Heritage called at 3 PM t I booked my service time on line which is very easy. Since I was leaving the Forester for the day, checking in was easy too. There is no other place I would look to for anything "Subie" I've been buying, servicing and now leasing my family's Subarus at Heritage since 1995. As far as I'm concerned there is no other place I would look to for anything "Subie". Just leased another vehicle from this dealer That makes 8 including my son's and daughter-in-law's. Santos M. and Josh J. almost make getting the process (and the forms and the forms and the forms) of getting a car pleasant! (March 2019) And I shouldn't forget to mention the follow-up we get from Ariella B. who answers our questions and makes sure we know how to get the most out of our Subarus. And as far as service is concerned, I have had only great experiences with service advisors like the late J. Schrader and followed by Bill Middleton. Only straight answers, simply put and competently performed by great techs like Frank H. So, where do you think I will be come February 2020 when the lease on my '17 Forester is up? More
