My first visit to Curry was a great experience. Not too pushy but informative and friendly. Will helped me through the process of choosing my first Honda vehicle. I recently purchased a 2009 Acura TL w/technology package for my wife's birthday from Curry Honda. Will was my salesman. I came across the car over on the internet and called to inquire about it. The color / mileage/options was just what I was looking for so I placed a deposit on the car until I could make the drive cross state lines to see the vehicle. When I arrived it was a few minutes before I met with Will so I took the time to get a feel for the place. It's in slight disarray because of the additions they're working on, but all the things that mattered were in place. Such as a warm friendly greeting when I walked in from the receptionist and a gentlemen who I had spoke to on the phone previously, named Torri. Looking around, I read some of their former clients' emails which went along with the good reviews I found on internet. I also noticed the plaques with employee recognition for monthly salesmenship. Although I was alone, I did notice their was a play area for parents with small children and I found that to be a great touch. Will approached after a short wait and made a good first impression. I recalled seeing his name several times on the plaques for salesman of the month so I had a kind of wait and see type of attitude as my first instinct was that the salesman of the month would be a fast talker. He was just the opposite, great guy, easy going, really felt no pressure at all from him and thats "My" kind of car buying experience. He showed me the car, first impressions of the car was it was not in "show room condition" as far as cleanliness wise and their were scuffs on the lower right side of the rocker panel. The car was priced 500-1000k more then comprable cars on the market. I took the car for a long test drive, and it felt extremely sound in every aspect. I spoke to Will about my concerns and he assured me that it would be clean as a whistle and he would take care of the rocker panel. I returned a few days later to pay the remaining balance of the car and there was a misunderstanding (possibly on my part) that they can not take payments via credit cards and I was trying to pay with a debit card. I live about an hour away in Ct and WILL OFFERED TO FOLLOW ME BACK HOME TO GET THE CHECK SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER HOUR DRIVE!!! This is what WOW customer service is all about. (Thanks again Will) When I showed up to pick up the car it was right in front of the door and INSTANTLY I knew the 27K was well spent. The car looked outstanding. As mentioned before this was a gift for my wife and I had spoke of looking for a big bow for it and Will happened to have one! Again just another detail that sat really highly on my list of things that made me happy with my purchase. My wife, needless to say, was floored when she saw the car in the driveway. The whole experience was painless and relatively easy. Will was the best salesman that I have ever worked with - Hands down. I leased a car from Curry Honda back in 2009. My son helped me find this dealership as we had been quite dissapointed with the way Lia Honda in Northampton was treating us. Well, my son initially dealt with Will and once he knew this was the place to go I joined him. Will was exceptional! The years went by and I began to get phone calls from Will but I was so busy I could not really make any committments to talk to him. Granted that I was not aware my lease would be expiring soon. Will was patient, friendly, courteous, and persistent. Because of this I was able to eventually take a call from him and begin the process of leasing a new car. Will is so calm, eager and knowledgeable that I did not even have to go to the dealership to tell him what I wanted. Granted that I did know what I wanted and Will trusted that. We did business over the phone and when the day came for me to come in to pick up the car I went in with my husband. Neither one of us were aware that we were coming in to receive such a wonderful surprise. The price, the car, the added bonuses along with finding the same kind of treatment from the business manager made this transaction memorable. Thank you Will, and as you said, I will be your client for the rest of my life as I feel honored to be your client. You are one of a kind Will! Oh wait, I should also mention that service was impecable during the 3 years I had my other car. And..... everyone I have come in touch with at the dealership for this or another reason has been welcoming an exceptional. I recently purchased an Accord Coupe from Will FathiAhmed and found the purchase to be a terrific experience. Will was knowledgeable about the vehicle and went the extra mile to locate the color combination and found the purchase to be a terrific experience. Will was knowledgeable about the vehicle and went the extra mile to locate the color combination I was looking for, something made more difficult by the recent events in Japan. I had expected to wait 2 - 3 weeks and was quite pleased that it took less than a week to deliver the car to me. The car was in impeccable condition when delivered with all accessories I had ordered installed, clean, inspected, registered and ready to go. The orientation to the car was done well. This was an excellent experience and quite different from purchase experiences I have had at other dealers. I will be back. More
