Will valued our time and made the process efficient, this is important when you have 3 small children (hence the Odyssey!). Howard the General Manager als sales associate, Will took care of me as if i was family. I've never experienced that before with a major purchase.... Howard the General Manager also took the time to assist me and to make sure i was completely satisfied. My wife's 98 Honda Accord reached the 200,000 mark. We felt it was time to purchase a new car as she needs a dependable vehicle to travel in her job. That's something no other dealership has that we know about. Well, to make a long story short, we met with the salesman, Will Ahmed. He was very cordial and able to steer us to the vehicle that was best for us. We negotiated a bit and sealed the deal that very day. No surprises, hidden fees, or pressure to purchase extras. He listened to our needs, offered us superior knowledge on the vehicle we were most interested in (Honda CRV), explai Will was a true professional. He followed up with us to ensure our questions were answered clearly and to help us securing the deal. He was very fair and dealth with his office support staff to provide us the upmost in customer service. Will also contacted me on his own time later in the evening to discuss the vehicle and on his day off to address my question about an inspection at the dealership. Will was FANTASTIC and I will consult with him again on future purchases/leases and will defintely recommend him to friends and family.
