Bait and switch sales techniques Was searching for a new car, I had an offer on paper from a salesman at GWC for a vehicle and got a written offer for that vehicle for $140 biweekly. Was searching for a new car, I had an offer on paper from a salesman at GWC for a vehicle and got a written offer for that vehicle for $140 biweekly. It was missing a few items, so I got an email that night from the salesman stating they found the car that had everything I needed for about the same "140ish" bi weekly. I phoned the next day to confirm the email price and availability, and was told it was still there. When I got there they tried to switch me on to a more expensive car which I declined and when I gave them the deposit to buy the car, they came back and said oh sorry it's $179 biweekly not 140 Tried to rip me off for over 6000 more than what the email promised More

It was more than we could have ever thought we needed and were surprised to find out that it was totally in our price range! Never did we feel pressured to make a purchase on a vehicle we did not want. In the finance department, Mike took his time with us to make sure we understood everything clearly and even tailored our extended warranty to what we felt we would use. All in all, as long as we continue to buy Dodge vehicles, we will definitely be heading back to Great West! PS. We LOVE our Rebel!! More

Excellent service from the minute you step in. Good deals. I was looking for a car, and they were the first place I visited. I liked one car there, and continued shopping with other dealers. We had a couple of options in mind on the route we wanted to take in deciding on the vehicle we wished to purchase. We went in with no intention to make a fast purchase and wanted to look at all of our options. We sat down with Whitroy and I must say he was a pleasure to deal with. We were able to discuss our needs and wants out of the vehicle and he was able to put us into certain vehicles that aligned with exactly what we wanted. There was never an ounce of pressure to buy something bigger or fancier. We found a vehicle we liked, worked with the Great West team to come to an agreement on the purchase and after taking the night to sleep on it, we made our purchase!! I must say that Whitroy played a very large part in our decision to purchase our vehicle from Great West, the relationship we created gave us the confidence to trust him with the purchase of our vehicle. He is a pleasure to be around and is a down to earth, sensible and trust worthy individual. Whitroy will have this family's business for many years to come and we HIGHLY recommend tracking him down while at Great West!
