Nothing spoken at signing is included. I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. Tire rotation is included wherever I purchase tires - but not for me at Scott Clark Honda. At signing , I was told I could split payments- I can’t. I’m so uphappy with the car, service, financing and contract. More

Scott Clark Honda here in Charlotte has consistently been quick to accommodate my requests for service. They are responsive to my request of detailed explanations of service they recommend and are helping me quick to accommodate my requests for service. In particular, service advisor Bryan Funez, has guided my service in my most recent visits and has been helpful with monitoring the progress of my service. Would not recommend for service. Very hard to reach the service department.
