Awesome customer service, After purchasing my 2010 Jetta I realized that it had only come with one key. For obvious reasons I needed another, I was informed that they run around $250, Wes was instrumental I realized that it had only come with one key. For obvious reasons I needed another, I was informed that they run around $250, Wes was instrumental in arranging that I get a key at no charge. That was above and beyond because as I said the deal was already "done." I appreciated that so much!! That is the "extra" in customer service that is not only appreciated, but will assure that I will refer others to this dealership and even one day when I am in the market, return myself. I was looking for a used Honda Accord coupe and found one I liked at the Dean Team. Unfortunately it sold less than two hours before I went there to look at it. I just wanted to thank Wes again for all of his help with the purchase of our Dodge Nitro. We absolutely fell in love with the vehicle as soon as we saw it but didn't think that it would be within our budget the purchase of our Dodge Nitro. I have bought alot of cars over the years and I normally buy Honda products. This is my first Subaru and I have never experienced this smooth of a trade in and new car sale before. There was no bull or in buy Honda products. This is my first Subaru and I have never experienced this smooth of a trade in and new car sale before. There was no bull or insulting low offers on my trade they were within 2k of what I wanted first offer. I showed up 20 minutes after closing time on a Friday night, due to traffic (traveling from hour and half away)and the two sales guys said that they still wanted to help me. Most dealers just say they are closed and come back on Monday! I could not believe how friendly they were. I know they would have prefered to have left on time but instead they took thier time and showed me the vehicle, helped me determine what packages to get, gave me a test drive, and worked with me on the price patiently. I was done in less than two hours start to finish. What more could you ask for! I know where I will be shopping for my next vehicle when my Honda Pilot wears out. Going to pick my new Outback up tomorrow night. O and they even gave me a nice dealer car while they prepped my new one. I have never had that offered to me before. Anyway cannot say enough about the guys at Dean Team Ballwin Subaru/Volkswagen ! Thanks again you guys Matt Siebert More
