Once I requested more information about my recent auto purchase, Dave Liss, Internet Sales Manager, was VERY prompt in sending me information, and setting up and appointment with salesman Wes Gallegos. purchase, Dave Liss, Internet Sales Manager, was VERY prompt in sending me information, and setting up and appointment with salesman Wes Gallegos. Wes was extremely accommodating, from coffee to all of my demands. He and Dave worked out a nice price for me, considering I was a return customer to the Dean Team. On final purchase, Finance Manager Richard Martin gave me ample time to go through all of the paper work, making sure I knew what I was signing. His extra offers regarding extended warranty programs were explained very well! Wes also kept his word regarding a few touch-ups for my newly purchased used vehicle. We had an appointment the next day and I had my car back quickly. Overall it was a pleasure working with the Dean Team a second time, and I would highly recommend! Thank you Dave, Wes, and Richard! My husband and I came in to look at a new Impreza and the sales rep. was very helpful. We went for a test drive in the car we liked and decieded to buy. We had the pleasure of working with Wes Gallegos who was more than outstanding. My wife and I came in to check out a car we found online and ended up not liking it. Unlike other dealerships we've visited an more than outstanding. My wife and I came in to check out a car we found online and ended up not liking it. Unlike other dealerships we've visited and sales consultants we've talked to, Wes and the Dean Team cared enough to take the time to sit down with us to discuss other options. Some dealerships just give out their card and say we'll call you or you call us if something similar comes in, but Wes sat down with us and we talked about what we wanted and ended up buy a great car. I would definitely recommend Wes and the Dean Team in Ballwin to anyone - they are great! More

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the time I walked on the lot until I drove off with my new vehicle. Tom Gould was honest and extremely helpful.
