I was born and raised right here in Oakville, graduating White Oaks High School in '81. After a brief 6 year career in executive protection I left for sunny California where I lived until 1993, learning the car business in Sacramento. Upon my return I joined the Budds' group at their Saturn SAAB Isuzu dealership (am I dating myself?), where I worked until the Budds' acquired the Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC franchises in 2010. I'm the proud father to Matt and Justin and husband to Kris. We enjoy all sports together, both playing and watching, and love camping and the great outdoors! Bill had only my personal interest in mine as well as providing me with anything Information that would help me with my decision. When it came to buying and figuring out my finances Bounsay was fantastic with helping with the not so minor details when figuring out how i’d manage to pay off my new vehicle. Also Wayne Carter as well as Bill were very understanding of having limited financial room as I am a student and did the best they could to accommodate my needs. All in all I would not have wanted to go any other place to get my first car. I cant thank them enough for how they made this new major purchase stress free and very comforting. Highly recommend Budds Chevrolet Oakville. More

BUYER BEWARE ...DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! I am not much of a reviewer, I don't think it really effects much. Either way, I want to at least tell my story, and at the very least let people know I am not much of a reviewer, I don't think it really effects much. Either way, I want to at least tell my story, and at the very least let people know to be careful when dealing with this dealership! I purchased a vehicle here last year, and within 3 months I was having issues. I returned the vehicle within the warranty period and Budd's claimed it was a simple spark plug repair which they would cover. I gladly accepted, thinking great! It didn't take long before the same problems popped back up. I live over 100km away from the dealership so popping back in was not an easy option, especially with an unreliable vehicle. I went to a local dealership to have them take a look, the dealership quoted me a $5000 bill for repairs. My jaw obviously dropped seeing as how I only purchased the vehicle a few months prior, and I brought the vehicle back into Budd's to have them fix these very same issues. The new mechanics mentioned how easy it was for them to roughly diagnose the problems based on my descriptions. It took them a few short minutes to assume and then scan to verify the issue. But lucky me, my warranty was now up. Its hard to believe that these issues would have been missed by Budd's own mechanics. But I decided to contact them to see if this was an acceptable situation under their quality controls and customer service standards. After contacting the salesman again, he informed me he no longer works at this dealership.. surprise, surprise. So I messaged the Manager, he replied stating he would get back to me ASAP.. I never received a return message and my emails are ignored. I should have walked away from this sale from the very get go as the paper work was wrong, the banking/loan information was wrong, my interest rate was doubled. Luckily I caught this and made sure it was corrected. They lied in the advertisement and in the paperwork stating less KM's than the vehicle actually had, but I noticed this as well. Whether this was on purpose to help their case in any potential legal matters I will leave to you to assume. I take responsibility for not being more proactive in the beginning stages, I am not mechanically inclined and decided to trust in Budd's claims that they fixed it. Trust is something to use sparingly with this dealership I now know! I will in no way recommend trusting this dealership.. lies, deceitfulness, complete scammers! Just so you know $36,000 got me 10,000km, and that is fine by Budd's customer service standards. The vehicle now sits in my driveway untouched in months until I find $5000 to spend to fix the vehicle. I would take this dealership to court but a lawyer isn't any cheaper than the repair costs. So congrats Budd's you found a loophole! Good for you!! I do not expect this to reach anyone or stop any future purchases... but if you do read this and still decide to purchase here... make sure you double check every part of your paperwork because these scammers hold no punches! This was the worst and most costly experience of my life! DON'T TRUST THEM! More

We did the deal and he spent over an hour with me setting up all the gadgets and programs for my new XT5. In my experience, very few sales folks would spend the time Farid did in making me a happy customer. This was five star treatment all the way! More

Selling families used vehicles unsafe for the road. Buying a new or used vehicle is a big step so I always choose to sick with largely known dealerships , But now after buying my used van from this deal Buying a new or used vehicle is a big step so I always choose to sick with largely known dealerships , But now after buying my used van from this dealership has turned out into a nightmare , I have not had my vehicle for two months and transmission blew, after taking it to a professional mechanic find out there is more to the problem . The front right tie rod is so heavily corroded as well as cracked needs to be replaced as well as the wheel hub and bearings broken and damaged , also tire tread and all the wheels were below safety standards as well as the side wall of the tires cracked and worn really bad and not meeting safety standards .All of these things are in a list of safety standards that every vehicle must pass in order for it to meet safety standards and pass certification , so my vehicle was pushed off , passed everything . Sold to this costumer who relies on the help of the professionals who know how to properly do there jobs. knowing these problems existed . So I call this dealership to see what I can do about this , after sending me to this person and that person , I finally speak to Wayne the sales manager simply says" you cant prove nothing " . I am defiantly never going to shop here again and I would highly recommend none of you do either! More

When people have a bad customer experience, their expectations are lowered. Usually, this results in the customer abandoning the product or service and moving to a competitor and that was the plan we had in our mind infact we got few good deals to buy a car from different dealership. But Look at us now we are buying a car from Budds chev dealership and also spreading the word that Budds have greatest customer service we have ever experienced. It’s easier to establish good repo with your customer at first visit however it’s next to impossible to turn a negative customer into highly satisfied one . Mr. WAYNE CARTER and his team has proved that they are best in business. Fortunately, their exceptional service not only won me over, but moved me a step closer to becoming a loyal customer. Great customer service goes beyond being friendly, it’s listening, and it’s being helpful, it’s showing that you actually give a crap about the concerns of your customers on the other end and going the extra mile because you want to.
