I bought my car at Jim Ellis, a great experience! However I live 20 miles away. I’ve been trying (oh so many visits) to use another Chevy dealer who was closer for service and I’ve been screwed every time. From now on I’m going the 20 miles to get honest good service. Overall the work done was sufficient, but I was left in the dark on timing and was without my car for much longer than anticipated (by nearly a full week). Also upon checkout in person, there was no explanation of the services rendered, no acknowledgement of how long the service took (12 days), and not even a thank you despite spending $2500. Slip ups happen but this wasn’t handled well from my perspective. More
