They have wonderful customer service and the quality of their work is excellent as I have not had to return the car for any reason when it is brought in for service. I have had no repair problems with my car and have only had maintenance services in all of the years I've owned the car. I highly recommend the Elk Grove dealership. If you are faithful about maintenance services you will have many good years of service from your car and I think the prices are fair at this dealership. More

I had 200,000 miles on that vehicl I purchased my first Toyota from Florin Road Toyota in 1996. I always had my vehicle serviced by Florin Rd Toyota. I had 200,000 miles on that vehicle and sold it to a co-worker. I replaced that 1996 Toyota with a 2015 Toyota, purchased at Elk Grove Toyota, I have always received great service which is why I continue to bring my car to this dealership.
