I had a great experience at Woodfield Lexus. Scheduling the service appointment was seamless. A loaner car was made available. I did not miss any time at work. The loaner car was clean. No additional surprises were found or noted. My car was returned to me all cleaned, inside and out. More

Customer Service Had an awesome experience with Tonya. Once I drove in she was waiting in the garage to serve the customer which was awesome and straight to her office Had an awesome experience with Tonya. VERY EXCEPTIONAL AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL Victor really help me with my maintenance . I have to go back the next day and he fix what is needed.He help me get a loaner and I was out in the deal Victor really help me with my maintenance . Nothing short of AMAZING!!! I probably will never go back to another Make car. My Lexus E350 has been my best car..hands down.
