Vanessa was great from beginning to end. I called the dealership about a car I was interested in and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. She stayed after I called the dealership about a car I was interested in and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. She stayed after closing to send me a detailed video of the car I was interested in as well as went into detail about any concerns I had. Although she was scheduled to be off the next day, she worked with me throughout the day and came in to ensure we had a smooth process. I loved that I never felt pressured or forced into any decisions. She even offered to deliver the vehicle to our home two and a half hours away! Do yourself a favor and give Vanessa a call. More

This is my second vehicle purchased from Mazda of El Grove. And like the first, the process was a pleasure. the team was amazing and found the car I was seeking with the right trim package.
