So happy I came to Mazda of Elk Grove for my first car buying experience! Was having trouble deciding between a CX-5 and CX-30. Garrett Oxnaes was so awesome in helping me make a decision. Let me test d buying experience! Was having trouble deciding between a CX-5 and CX-30. Garrett Oxnaes was so awesome in helping me make a decision. Let me test drive and ask a million questions about each car. Walked away with a CX-5 and I am very happy with my purchase. Garrett was very helpful throughout the whole process, walked me through each step and even stayed after hours and outside of his regular schedule to help accommodate my work schedule. Made sure to follow up with me post-purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly. Taylor was also very helpful with the financing process. I am new to car buying/financing, and he was very patient and great at explaining the process. Shoutout to Lorraine for being wonderful as well. Thank you, Mazda of Elk Grove! More

Bill @JoAnn CX 5 GTR Salesperson was excellent and had to spend a great deal of time going back and forth to inventory location to help us find color to agree on.
