Vadim corresponded with me on my trade-in and we arrived at a fair price. We drove 370 miles to complete the sale and while we were at RBM of Alpharetta we were warmly welcomed and graciously assisted. The dealership that did not call us was only 26 miles from our home. A friend advised me to avoid Atlanta as it had been associated as a dumping ground for bad used cars and unsavory dealerships. However, I took a chance and found a Mercedes in immaculate condition online with RBM. I live in Columbia, SC and several things made me drive seven hours round trip. First, the dealership rating on several reputable sites was incredible with very impressive comments from folks. And Vadim (my sales rep) was professional and made the overall experience very satisfying. Once there, I was treated exactly the way I would expect - professionally and with great care. The dealership was immaculate, the management team met with me and took the time to say hello. If in the market again, RBM of Alpharetta would be my first choice even though I am over 225 miles away. The fact I contacted Vadim immediately says volumes about how extraordinary and caring salesperson he is. I would definitely tell my friends to call on Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta to purchase a car. What I recently learned is that RBM Of Alpharetta, in the words of "The Kimmer", is different than their competition, from the time you arrive at the showroom, learn about & test cars, negotiate a deal and drive away with the keys to your new car. RBM Of Alpharetta "exceeded my expectations" with their southern hospitality. Vadim Russu, Sales & Leasing Consultant, was the consummate professional: he listened; shared his vast product knowledge; provided sound recommendations...all the while making sure my needs were being met. Likewise negotiations with Donnie Moore, Sales Manager, was a "hassle free" experience that was fair and equitable.
