Great service I had a seatbelt safety issue in my car. Klaben got me right in and had it fixed in the timeframe they originally told me! REPLACED FUEL FILTERS ON MY F-450 6.7 LITER DIESEL DUALLY. THE FORD DEALERSHIP THAT I PURCHASED MY TRUCK FROM , IN AN ADJACENT COUNTY, WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE MY REPAIR , DUE TO DIESEL MECHANICS BEING ON VACAT THE FORD DEALERSHIP THAT I PURCHASED MY TRUCK FROM , IN AN ADJACENT COUNTY, WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE MY REPAIR , DUE TO DIESEL MECHANICS BEING ON VACATION. MY CREW WAS PUTTING A NEW METAL RO0F ON A HOME TWO BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP. TYLER AND HIS CREW WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THE CREW FIRST TOPPED OFF AND CHECKED ALL THE FLUIDS PRIOR TO THE TRUCK GOING TO THE SHOP IN THE " QUICK LANE " WHICH MOST DEALERSHIPS DON'T EVEN HAVE. "PRICELESS". TYLER STATED THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND HAD MANY CLIENTS TO SATISFY, BUT STILL GOT ME IN VERY QUICKLY. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH FROM START TO END WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PLEASANT, AND ON TIME. 5 GOLD STARS. I HAD NEVER BEEN TO ANY DEALERSHIP GOVERNED LIKE THIS ONE. THE OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, ETC. ALL GET A BIG THUMBS UP AND AN ATTA BOY FROM ME !!!!!!! More

Best Service In A Long Time I have had several issues with my vehicle recently (a 2017 F150), but Tom and the Team at Klaben Service in Kent have taken them each in stride. As of last night, I *think* my alarm issue has been resolved, and I enjoyed an alarm-free night of sleep, finally! My truck was returned by Tyler, clean and exceeding expectation. I look forward to doing business in the future with them, and hope they keep up the great customer service I have recently received! Thanks a million Tom! Also worth noting, Nate has been CONSISTANT in his follow up, after getting me into the truck over 2 years ago... Thanks for the recent birthday wishes! More
