Very patient, informative, friendly and just overall wonderful. We were able to find what we needed quickly and without any pressure. George in finance was also wonderful- extremely helpful and just an amazing guy in general. Every employee at this location is outstanding- and have great personalities. It is one of the best environments that we have come across- incredible customer service. We are customers for life. More

Too busy There was no directions on where to park or how this works. I have never been to the service center. I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the do There was no directions on where to park or how this works. I have never been to the service center. I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the door. Then when I got there I had an appointment and they made me get out of my car and go talk to someone and explain what was going on. So what was the point of me making an appointment? It was super busy and there was no directions. I was flustered and wanted to leave. Then the mechanic came out and had to ask me what was going on with my car. Not sure I’m getting a Chevy again. This service appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I’ll just use Cavallaro Neubauer in Williamson. More

Wasn't happy with service Went to Bob Johnsons to get a used pick up, found what I wanted and proceeded to purchase the truck. While I pointed out that there was sap all over t Went to Bob Johnsons to get a used pick up, found what I wanted and proceeded to purchase the truck. While I pointed out that there was sap all over the truck the salesmen only cleaned off one spot and said it will come off! The cleaning of the truck was half fast, left tracing sticker on my windshield and only shined the ties! Then was told I'll receive I full tank of gas, I only received half a tank! The used truck only came with one set of keys, and I had to personally contact the General Manager to get a second set of keys due to the fact they told me I would have to pay 250$ out of pocket after spending over 30k on the truck! The sales men seemed very short with me, while being impatient with the whole sale! I'm happy with the truck not happy with the service and sale! More

Like Family This was the second time that I’ve been to Bob Johnson’s and gotten a car. I leased a new 2019 Equinox’s and was able to turn in my old lease early no This was the second time that I’ve been to Bob Johnson’s and gotten a car. I leased a new 2019 Equinox’s and was able to turn in my old lease early no problem. I enjoyed my experience so much that when my dad said he was in the market for a new car without a thought I told him to go to Bob Johnson’s. They treated myself and my dad like family and we were both able to walk away with new cars and a great deal. More

Great Experience Dylan was very professional. He answered all my questions , helped me get my phone connected and showed me all the bells and whistles my car has to of Dylan was very professional. Disappointed First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson Chevy back in July I have been extremely disappointed with the dealership as a whole. Now, this first thing I’m going to mention I let slide. Looking back now, I should have turned back and made my displeasure known. After leaving the lot the day I picked my truck up (after I was told it was cleaned and detailed prior to my arrival) I noticed food crumbs on top of the center console along with a sauce cup from chick-fil-a inside of the console. Both of which were not present when I took the truck for a test drive the day before, leading me to believe that after I had filled out paperwork to purchase said truck, an employee decided to take it out to lunch and subsequently, never got detailed like I was told that it was. Fast forward now to mid November. I happened to be in the area of the dealership and knowing I needed an oil change soon and needed a couple of things looked at in the truck, I decided to stop in and see what could be done. After standing in the service department for no less than 10 minutes before any employee acknowledged me standing there, I was finally engaged by someone. I was instructed that anything more than an oil change and tire rotation I would need to make an appointment for. No big deal. I scheduled a service appointment 9 days out for the Monday following Thanksgiving. I dropped my truck off around 8:45 am and was given a loaner vehicle. All day Monday, and all day Tuesday I heard nothing from the dealership or service department. Sometime between 7:00 and 8:00pm on Tuesday I received a call from one of the service department employees saying that he was sorry for the delay, they have been busy and still have not even brought my truck in for a diagnostic. Two days now my vehicle has sat at the dealership without even being looked at. Finally, Wednesday afternoon I received a call saying they had the oil change and tire roatation done, diagnostic done and found some computer module to be faulty and needed to be replaced. That part had to be ordered and would take another day to get in. Finally, around 5:00pm on Thursday I received another phone call letting me know my truck was done and ready for pick up. Four days after I had originally dropped it off. I returned to the service department where I stood there for close to another 10 minutes before being engaged by an employee asking if I had been helped. I stated what I was there for, returned the keys to the loaner vehicle and was given the paperwork to take to the cashier and pay while my truck was brought around. I was given a print out of everything that was done along with the multi point inspection print out listing out all the fluids and brake checks done and topped off. The following week, on my way to work, I had a message pop up saying I needed to add windshield washer fluid. Mind you, I had not had to use it since leaving the dealership where they had listed that the checked the level and marked it as full. Short of a faulty sensor, that shouldn’t be showing. Upon getting to work I checked the reservoir and it was indeed empty, or very close to empty. At this point I have lost all faith in what was actually checked and done in regards to service on my truck from this visit, along with what I was told was done to the truck in preparation of me picking it up after purchasing it. I am extremely disappointed with the show of customer service from this dealership all around. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from or seek service here. If I could return my truck to the dealership and walk away without oweing anything , without looking back I certainly would. More
