Great place to go I love it with an appointment or without they will help you anytime. I drop my car off in the morning grab a courtesy cup of coffee. Catch a ride to work with the shuttle service and a ride back when my car is done. I don’t have to waste time waiting for my car to get done. If your car is gong to be there for an extended time ask for a loaner. More

3 repair attempts for the same issue. Upon entry to the service area you are not met, spoken to or directed where to go. It feels as if they avoid eye contact with you as if afraid you’ll Upon entry to the service area you are not met, spoken to or directed where to go. It feels as if they avoid eye contact with you as if afraid you’ll ask for something. 3 attempts to get the Check Engine light off wasn’t reassuring of their skill level as mechanics - loose battery cable found on 3rd try. So far so good. Service Consultant Daniel was excellent and a saving grace to the company. They need a bigger service dept. Waiting over 2 hrs for oil change is poor. Last time I went to Valvoline - done in 25 min. More

Wonderful I had to take my vehicle in for a sound it was making and crack in windshield. While it was there I had them do oil change as well. I dealt with Danny I had to take my vehicle in for a sound it was making and crack in windshield. While it was there I had them do oil change as well. I dealt with Danny in service. He was very professional and went out of his way to be sure to keep me posted on part arrivals and when my vehicle would be ready. Great experience. More

poor communication from service dept I hate getting lied to. The service dept is the worst. Parts never got ordered. Had to return three times just to get my door handle repaired. Why would you let the quick lube guys look at the repair work if they are not capable of the repairs in the first place, if that's what really happened. Hard to tell when you've been lied to so many times. after all that they scratched the door installing the new parts. More

Worst Customer Service ever!! I had a recall on my car before booking my appointment I wanted to make sure the repair would be completely covered. When I called the receptionist to I had a recall on my car before booking my appointment I wanted to make sure the repair would be completely covered. When I called the receptionist told me I had to speak to someone in the service department whoever she directed me to never answered so I left a voicemail. This happened for 2 weeks straight injustbkept leaving voicemails and never got a call back. I was extremely frustrated at this point that I even started having other family members call as well finally I got through to chris the service department manager. After speaking with him he could get me a appointment the following week (keep in mind it's been over a month now I've been trying to get in) he told me he would call me back to confirm. I never got a phone call back. I decided to just show up at the day and time we had discussed on the previous phone call. When I got there I was told I would get a rental car for the inconvince of my car and was informed they would need my car until Friday. My appointment was on Thursday. They gave me a huge pick up truck that was an extremely gas hog I drive a sonic which is a very small car that I rarely have to fill the tank on. So I was extremely upset about this. Come Friday I get a phone call saying they were able to get my car in the shop on thursday the day of my appointment or today(Friday). I was informed they would call me tomorrow( Saturday) I never received a phone call on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday I called asking when my car would be done at that point they said they did not get a chance yet to work on my car. They would call me later in the week when it was ready. I got called on Friday that my car was ready....meaning they had my car for over a week!!! I spend so much money in gas in that stupid pick up truck I was pissed. I could of drove my car for a whole another week pretty much. This was by far the worst service ever. Another reason why I never get my oil changed there because a 30 min oil change takes hours and is ×2 the amount of money. I never get any services there unless its cover by my warranty or a absolute must. The service is absolutely terrible!! I just paid my car off and am highly considering going to another dealership for a new car when I'm ready. Chevy has been used by my family for years pretty much everyone owns a Chevy but we have all had bad experiences to the point where we are considering switching dealers. More
