From the moment I walked in to test driving a 2018 Tiguan SEL, to finalizing my purchase, Tom and the rest of the staff were very helpful, and not pushy at all. Great Experience..New Jetta Stopped into to look at the new 1.4 Jetta's they have.. Incredible deal going on through Memorial Day. Met up with Ty (I have worked with him before on prior purchase..) I test drove the car.(best car for the money hands down). Ty is a car guy.. he knows these cars inside and out. With their new lifetime warranty it was a done deal. Nathaniel went through my options with me..very easy going ..no pressure..went in at 11am..was driving home in my new Jetta at 1pm.. Great experience and their service department is great as well ..I take my other VW's there for scheduled service.. More

Best car buying experience!! I had an amazing experience with Peoria VW!!! It started with my inquiry online through the USAA car buying program when Bennet called! She was the 2nd person to reach out to me and after talking to her I knew I would only purchase a VW from this dealership! When I went in I had the opportunity to work with Ty and he was amazing! He was so friendly and super helpful with all of my questions!! He helped make me feel so confident about my decision to purchase my new VW Golf. I actually went in just to test drive the vehicle and left being a proud owner of my first VW!!! The finance team was amazing as well!! I really felt like they did everything they could to get me the best deal possible! I love Peoria VW and think everyone needs to get their vehicles from them!! More
