This store sets the bar for all dealerships in the valley and none come close. I have purchased 3 cars there and sent a friend who bought one. At one time Saturn of Peoria, now Peoria VW was one of my customers. And while it's been several years ago I found several of the people I had worked with were still there in one capacity or another. This is a good thing. A Dealer who takes care of his people is definitely a plus. Troy Dosch the General Manager and, Owner to be, put me in the very capable hands of Austin Sexton. Austin went above and beyond tending to my purchasing peculiarities, answering my questions and digging to find out information which was important to me. And while there were some issues during the reconditioning portion of getting my used car ready I was kept informed and feel I was treated very fairly.
