I’m curious, why didn’t I get a thumb drive with my new vehicle that has all the sales information on it? This is the third car I’ve bought there and this is the first time I hadn’t got one….plus the waiti vehicle that has all the sales information on it? This is the third car I’ve bought there and this is the first time I hadn’t got one….plus the waiting for another key fob is a concern because at my age it is one day at a time. If I die before the key fob is delivered, it will mess up the resale for my estate.
