I was in for a new car 5000-mile check. Overall I had excellent service, I can't give a five-star rating because, when I inquired about the time frame I was told it would be about an hour I arrived at 8:45 for my 9 AM appointment and I was told my car service would take approximately one hour, it was not ready until around 11:05. When I asked if I would need to plan on being there that long for a normal oil change I was told no but it took longer this time bc they were running a system check. Also, I had asked if someone could help me reset my door locking to where my doors would stay locked when I turned off my ignition I was told yes they would reset it for me, which I discovered when I arrived home that was not taken care of. I called Shad and left a message to see if he could talk me through how to set my lock control, but he did not call me back, I called the next day and he walked me through it Shad was accommodating, and I will say everyone was very kind and the facility was very clean. The guys checking me in were super nice as well.
