My daughter’s 2016 Tucson was having engine problems. After calling around, this was the only dealership within 100 miles that did not have at least a month backlog - now I know why. They determined the engine had a catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced for $14k. The car is not worth that much. I emailed back and forth with Donald Devlin, Sales Manager, about what he could give us for the car as is. Knowing what was wrong with the car and having for an over a week to do whatever they wanted to inspect it, he offered $2,500. We agreed on that price, signed the title, and were given a Bill of Sale. This was on a Sunday so we were told to either come back Monday to get a check or they would mail it. As to not drive 50 miles each way, we asked that it be mailed. Monday afternoon we get a phone call that they would not be buying the car and to come get it off their lot less they start charging a $35/day storage fee. No explanation as to why they back out of the deal they made. Fortunately I found a group that not only paid more for the car but showed up to take the car away on time and handed us a check in under 15 minutes. More

This company sent an email after working with them for a month. They said we were approved for 30k (NOT PRE-Approved) We get in there and they pretend they have no idea what they’re talking about. On top of that their managers think it’s cute to laugh at clients (yes you dummy’s forgot to hang up the phone) This is false advertising and an FTC Violation. I will be contact the FTC Monday, the city of Fall River, and the State of Massachusetts secretary of state. On top of that we will also be issues a 15 day demand for the loss of work and resources used due to the false advertisement. Lucky for us, I run a business working specifically with attorneys. I will be dialing to the GM of the store Monday. YOURE BETTER OFF BUYING A CAR FROM CRAIGSLIST OR FACEBOOK THAN DEALING WITH THESE CHUMPS. BUYER BEWARE!!!! More

Please don’t waist your time or money going to this dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford suc dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford such high payments, in which I told them and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I traded in my car in which they “sent away” even before the fund got approved. I went back for my car after telling them I couldn’t afford the car and my trade in was already gone 12 hours after taking possession of the new car which is illegal, if anyone has any legal information on how to help me with this situation please get back to me, if this takes going to the attorney general I will do so. More

They really didn’t help us at all avoid these people. We traded in 2 cars. They gave us nothing for them. They gave us no loyalty credits. Purchased a 2021 Palisade calligraphy. Salesperson knew nothing about vehicles in lot! His 1st words, “Haven’t done this in a while, don’t know anything about the car!” Dealership owner should be ashamed f nothing about vehicles in lot! The sales manager should be held accountable as he is supposed to manage sales force. Still waiting on answers from dealership. There’s a reason BMW, Mercedes Benz, etc. get paid big bucks. You don’t encounter these issues. When able, I’ll be returning to BMW. More
