They are dismissive , disorganized I didn't buy from them as we couldn't come to an agreed upon number for a 2019 Frontier... which is fine no hard feelings. They want to maximize prof I didn't buy from them as we couldn't come to an agreed upon number for a 2019 Frontier... which is fine no hard feelings. They want to maximize profits , I want to spend as little as possible. However this began with quotes for a 4 x 4 edition of the Frontier, took 3 times for them to actually get me a quote for the VIN I supplied as well at the description... once I sent both a VIN , Description and Link to the truck in inventory we got the game going. Then I simply said I counter you offer with my offer, and got "HAVE A NICE DAY" .... I don't' mind the spill about can't sell this low , etc. but being dismissive was very rude... so once I got rude and said I no longer want to speak to peons... I got a voicemail saying "call us back" no name of whom etc. I was to call back, how unprofessional is that ... just a "US" I am a manager of a Software division , which is IT tech nerds so I can understand when people are people people.. but you leave message with this is Joe Blow at Location and here is my number if you would like to call me back/ and or one can leave brief description of what call is about if need be Upon calling back , I presume I was talking with Troy it was so noisy in the background he said he was not a peon ... but still rude and not managerial. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day... but my shopping experience has been laborious no way this rude. Just be advised and not surprised if you get a bad experience. More

Horrible experience - worst car buying experience ever I went there to look at a used car. It was still being worked on, so I never drove it. I told sales staff I wanted to think it over and drive it befor I went there to look at a used car. It was still being worked on, so I never drove it. I told sales staff I wanted to think it over and drive it before putting down any money. I was pressured by Sales manager Deon Brace into putting down a deposit. I was promised repeatedly that if I changed my mind I could get my deposit back. I was still nervous about putting down money on a car I hadn't driven. Mr Brace continued to pressure me into putting down a deposit. He repeated that it was only to hold the car from someone else buying it until I drove it. I put down $2000 to hold the car. I started the financial paperwork for the car in case I came back and wanted. it. I never got a good feeling about the car or the staff. They even lost the rental car I left there. I made numerous calls to the dealership and never got a call back. I returned 4 days later to ask for my refund. Again Mr. Brace was involved. He flatly refused to return my money. I started dealing with the financial manager, and he also is not returning my calls and has not returned my money. It has been another week and still no refund. More

Awesome customer service After deciding to purchase a new car we decided to go with Nissan since we already owned a Nissan Altima and had great value out of it. I personally w After deciding to purchase a new car we decided to go with Nissan since we already owned a Nissan Altima and had great value out of it. I personally work out of town a lot so I sent my wife to look at her(our) options with Scott Clark Nissan in Pineville, NC. We were given a internet sales representative named Mr Helwig Stewart. He was very friendly and very cooperative to my wife to get things going on the new 2018 Rigue purchase with my wife and get all paperwork started until I could get there and finalize paperwork. Everything went smoothly and took care of all issues we had with the vechicle before turning over the keys to make it perfect. The whole process was quick and performed with ease. The financial folks gave us an option that only increased monthly payment by $20 but took off nearly 7 months of the loan. Was thankful for that. Mr Helwig was professional and all the folks at the dealership were friendly and informative. I highly recommend Scott Clark Nissan to anyone and especially to have Mr Helwig to take care of them. And on a further note, I have had many email asking if everything was going ok with the vechicle and to let them know if there was anything they could do. Service department( sorry for not remembering his name) helped my wife get in quickly after a trip to get the initial oil change taken care of and did an awesome job of washing the car without us asking. Great Job Scott Clark!!! More

Helwig Stewart is the best My Son & I visited dealership on Aug 11, 2018 expecting the usual high pressure back & forth game. I went looking for a very specific type of car. Although they did not have what I needed, Mr Stewart made the experience very pleasant. He was extemely knowledgeable & his customer service was more like talking with family than a salesman. He followed up with me eventhough I did not make a purchase. Offered to contact me in the futuer if the car I need becomes available. My Son & I both were blown away by the experience. More

Sales manager that can't manage Mgr tray green butted into deal, was arrogant, insulting, condescending and nasty. Unfortunately, his actions cost salesman Helwig Stewart a sale that Mgr tray green butted into deal, was arrogant, insulting, condescending and nasty. Unfortunately, his actions cost salesman Helwig Stewart a sale that day. Helwig was willing to go out of his way to make a deal and show me as many cars as needed to make the deal. But,the mgr messed everything up. Sorry Helwig but, there are many other Nissan dealership out there ready and willing to take my cash More
