I leased a new car from Tracy about three years ago, and was very happy with the experience. My roommate and I needed a second car, so we talked to him and explained what we were looking for. We wanted a car that was able to drive well in the snow, so we were mainly looking at 4wd SUVs. All of the ones we were looking at were fairly expensive though, and the gas mileage was a lot lower than our current car. He spent a lot of time with us going over all the cars we were interested in, and showing us us exactly how much they would cost each month. When none of them were ending up in our price range, he suggested that we could still get a regular car with good winter driving by getting a larger/heavier car like the Sonata. Plus, there was a hybrid model with great gas mileage. He took us out on a test drive during a snowstorm so we could see how well it handled in the snow, and he was right. It handled very well. We decided to get the car, but wanted it in a color they didn't have at their dealership. Tracy could tell how much we loved the color, so he found the only one still available in the metro area, and had it driven over that day so we could buy it. Even after we bought the car, he spent over an hour going over all the features with us and making sure we were happy with everything. More

Tracy was so great to deal with. He showed me all the options on my new vehicle and did not rush me through the process. I had previously used Luther for an oil change on my old Tucson and that experienc options on my new vehicle and did not rush me through the process. I had previously used Luther for an oil change on my old Tucson and that experience was so great. When my broker dealer told me he found a new 2014 for me and it was at Luther I was thrilled. Their service department is one of the best. When I took my old Tucson in for oil change there was no pressure to buy any additional services on the vehicle as did my previous dealer that I went to. Great work and would purchase again from them!! More

Everyone here is super friendly. They get things done as quickly as possible, whether it be purchasing, financing, or servicing. The waiting facility is comfortable, equipped with wifi, snacks, and beverage quickly as possible, whether it be purchasing, financing, or servicing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 in customer service is because several times when calling, I have been put on hold for long periods of time. I was also told I could not talk to a service technician the day after calling and talking to a service technician, so that was a little odd. Overall, I would absolutely purchase another car from Luther Bloomington Hyundai. Great cars at great prices, and the best warranty out there, I believe. More

Lenny and the entire staff at Bloomington Hyundai were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel we received excellent customer service and we weren't rushed. Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, so I was not enthusiastic when we began. Our insurance, USAA, has an on-line benefit that I decided to use. After entering car type (We've been driving a Santa Fe for 6 years and have nothing but good to say about the experience) of Santa Fe with preferred options, Luther Hyundai was selected. We received a connecting e-mail from Tracey DeBruzzu and visited the dealership a few days later where we met Tracey. Tracey listened (really listened) to my list of "must-haves", and was ever so patient. The exact car of my dreams was not on the lot, nor on any other MN lot, so we entertained the idea of selecting a Santa Fe with a standard 4-cyclinder, rather than the Turbo 4-cylinder which we preferred. Tracey went out of his way to allow us to test drive the car, as we'd already called it a day and returned to our home some 20 miles distant from the dealership. We liked the car, but still felt as though we were "settling" for a second choice. Tracey no doubt sensed this as we got a call the next morning saying he'd found our exact match in Green Bay, WI, and would have it available the next day. He did just as he said, and we are now the owners of a new Santa Fe--all thanks to Tracey's exceptional ability to please the customer. Well done! Anita More

Josh and Tracy we're very helpfull right from the start of our experince with Luther Hyundai. They answerded all of our questions even thou the car we wanted was not on the lot they found the car we start of our experince with Luther Hyundai. After bringing my 2011 Sonata LE in for normal maintainence in the 3rd year of its lease, I talked to Tracy DeBruzzi about my options at lease end. He gave me a printed copy of 4 options that I asked for and we discussed each one of them. I then went on a test ride in a 2012 Sonata Hybrid (one of my options) that had everything on it. I was very impressed and now own the new car. Your service and sales staff are the most professional people I have ever encountered. By the way, this is my fourth new Sonota. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience and have not regretted my choice of vehicle or dealership. The price of the new car and the trade-in on my old vehicle were both excellent. The dealership offers prompt, courteous and competent service as well as owner incentives and specials. I can honestly say that I've never received better customer service and support from anyone. I have recommended Hyundai and this dealership to friends, neighbors and family without reservation. More
