I feel uncomfortable with ONE thing however which has nothing to do with EITHER of the people that served us ....... WE bought everything but the "kitchen sink" with this vehicle. This left us NO ROOM to utilize our Costco Coupon we received from them. I feel this is a opportunity gone by the wayside! More

Absolutely the BEST!! I just purchased a 2014 Veloster. I had started the search with another dealership closer to home. However, the salesman assigned to me was so incompe I just purchased a 2014 Veloster. I had started the search with another dealership closer to home. However, the salesman assigned to me was so incompetent that I could not go further with him. From the moment I received an answer to an online question, to walking in the door and started working with Tracy, I felt like family. He truly made my buying experience delightful. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, The car I traded was a 1999, so there was much for me to learn with all the new technology. Always pleasant and smiling, no hustle or hassle. For me as a woman, that is very important. I was able to negotiate pricing that I felt was quite fair with Brandon Zimmerman. I thought about things overnight, made my decision and Tracy came in on his day off to complete the deal. He spent another 1 1/2 hours with me, making sure I was comfortable with the car.. Took a couple of pictures, as this was my Bday gift to myself, and sent me off smiling. Tracy,, and others from the dealership, have been in contact a few times to check in. TOP NOTCH all the way through. More

Time conscious - Wonderful experience After communications via email regarding our interest, we arrived(on a Saturday afternoon) and were quickly greeted and felt welcome from the start. T After communications via email regarding our interest, we arrived(on a Saturday afternoon) and were quickly greeted and felt welcome from the start. Tracy D was immediately ready with the Sante Fe Sport we chatted about electronically to test drive, all we had to do is load up our kids and hit the road. Test drive was wodnerful, and once back at the dealer we were able to obtain additional information, explained what our goal was, and received a price quote for monthly payment which met our target amount. All this occured in 1.5 hours and in comparison to other competing dealers we were overly pleased with our experience. We left to mull it overnight and thru Sunday, because of our experience and the quality of the Sante Fe Sport we chose which met all of our requirements less the remote start (which we may add at a later date) we were sold and returned on Monday evening to complete our lease deal. What a simple and easy experience. More
