Tucson Subaru is a model dealership! We don't buy new cars very often...but when we do, we generally know exactly what we want. The thing we don't like is having to go through the car buy We don't buy new cars very often...but when we do, we generally know exactly what we want. The thing we don't like is having to go through the car buying process. Even though we had never set foot on the Tucson Subaru lot, it felt very comfortable and welcoming right from the start. Steve and Traci were both very accommodating and easy to work with. Did I mention the new Subaru Outback is one beautiful vehicle! Hands down the best experience we've ever had at a car dealership! Got EXACTLY what I wanted :) Both Trent and Traci were wonderful to work with. Trent worked my case days before I went in and did a lot of work to get me exactly what i wanted. I started out thinking I wanted to try something different but ended up drawn to what I had originally wanted years ago. Trent didn't try to change my mind or get me in anything I didn't like. He was wonderful in understanding my financial needs. Traci was quick and funny and went over all the details of different options I could add. Overall even though they were VERY busy they still did what they could to make it a great buying experience. More

This was in stark contrast with another dealership where the information we were given about the car was wrong. My husband had done his research! Kevin on the other hand obviously knew his subject in and out! We appreciated that Kevin was discreet and not pushy. We were given a very detailed sheet with prices and our different finance options, which we took home to think it over. The manager was also friendly and it was obvious that everyone we encountered was committed to professional and sound service. We were a bit stressed about buying a car and we appreciated the relaxed tone and atmosphere. Besides the choice of the car, the service we received played a bit part in our choice of where to buy the car. Tracy, in finances, was also friendly and did not push the options she presented. To top it all, it is a truly dog friendly place...which our little dog appreciated. More

From the moment I contacted DJ Tramp and met Steve Norri I had a wonderful experience evaluating and purchasing a 2015 Subaru WRX from Tucson Subaru. From the moment I contacted DJ Tramp and met Steve Norris, I just knew that I was becoming part of a family and wasn't just another sales goal or number to be counted. My team was patient, understanding, and worked diligently to find me the perfect car at the perfect price. What especially impressed me is that my entire team, including Traci in finance, took the time to get to know my 11 year old son and talk to him about the car just as much as they spoke to myself and my husband. I mean, c'mon, we all know that an 11 year old's opinion about a car is likely not going to hugely influence a buying decision - but I take his opinion very seriously. The fact that the entire team was focused on all of us as a family and not just myself as the primary decision maker really sealed the deal for me. Many other dealerships that I've worked with over the years wouldn't even acknowledge his presence. My son was so impressed, he decided that Steve would now be superhero Subaru Steve :) I love the car, I love the dealership, and I love the additional services such as one of the most comprehensive warranties I've seen in the business. Test Drive to New Car I stopped at the Subaru dealership on a whim, more out of curiosity to test drive the new Outback. I had driven other vehicles from other dealers, but I stopped at the Subaru dealership on a whim, more out of curiosity to test drive the new Outback. I had driven other vehicles from other dealers, but nothing felt like "the one". My intention was to just test drive and move on to the next dealership. I was looking over a new Outback in the showroom when Kevin Woessner asked if I had any questions. Boy did I! I had been reviewing all the cars I was interested in test driving and was armed for bear. Kevin graciously answered all questions I threw at him and showed me all the features of the new Outback. He never once showed irritation or boredom with my constant questioning. We left no stone unturned. He asked me what color and trim options I wanted, if I were to purchase a vehicle, I told him and he found one to my specifications. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle that day, but I absolutely fell in love with the 2015 Outback. Everything about the car fit our lifestyle, and the handling and the ride were the best of anything I had test driven to date. I was sold, and did not want to go home without that car! So...I didn't. The whole buying process was a piece of cake. None of the dickering you get at other dealerships. Everything is cut and dried...very streamlined process with no stress. As an excited new Subaru owner, that excitement was not dampened at any stage of the process. Everyone we encountered was positive and seemed to enjoy their job. Traci Roberts made the financing a breeze and was very personable, knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. When I picked up my new car, Loren Henry, Sales Manager, came out to congratulate me on my purchase, then e-mailed me thanking me for purchasing a Subaru saying if I ever had any questions, his door was always open. Even a day or two later, Kevin called to see how things were going and if I had any questions about my new car, and if any came up, to please call. If all of my experiences with Subaru are this good, I am won over for life! We are first time Subaru owners, I love this vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership. More
