He makes you feel like family, and with no family here in NC having him help us - brought joy to my heart. He’s genuine and honest and I’m beyond grateful. Samual did a wonderful job and was never “pushy” you could tell he genuinely cared about us and what made us happy and that speaks volumes. Last but not least - John finished the sale with all the fun stuff - paperwork. Lol he was sweet, kind and funny. He took extra time to go over EVERYTHING in such detail. He did the numbers as many times as I asked without ever making me feel like a problem. I have to also give a shout out to TY! I have been coming to your dealership for 6 year now and the top reason is because of TY! Talk about over and beyond.. sweet and kind! This checks all the boxes for Ty! This is the third time I am writing this review but I will do it one more time for good measure. The dealership is excellent and the salesperson WILLIE BROWN is a really nice person on top of being a go will do it one more time for good measure.
