I am very happy with my purchase, and he was kind enough to give me tutorial of all the features a few days after I bought the car. He also rescued my husband's prescription sunglasses from my trade in car, which is most appreciated. My husband has a 2002 CRV that is still going strong so we are familiar with the excellent service department as well. We are very happy with Hyannis Honda. More

It began with Jake Roberts. He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He worked with my husband, the business manager and I as a team to ensure we received the best deal possible without all of the hassle. I have to say after having driving the car, he delivered on every point he made regarding the features of this car. He spent adequate time with me orientating me with all of the various features and assured me that he was available any time for any questions or concerns. We bought our previous car, a Honda Odyssey nine years ago at this same dealer and we were ready to trade it in for a new model. Chip is an outstanding young man who listened to us to determine our wants and needs. We settled on a new 2016 Odyssey SE. Chip went over all the Benefits of a new Odyssey by explaining the many features. His knowledge impressed both of us.. After a test drive we went over the pricing and Chip, brought Tony in to finalize a price that we were satisfied with and the sale was written up. I would also like to add that I serviced my previous Odyssey here at Hyannis Honda and have nothing to say but good things. The car never required any service other the standard service. All in the service department have always been courteous and helpful and the waiting area is large and clean with fresh coffee and donuts to munch on while waiting for service to be completed Nancy B More
