Star Hyundai Service Center is a pleasant place with a bathroom, coffee machine and TV to use while you wait for your vehicle maintenance. More importantly and more pleasant is talking with Jessica Santan bathroom, coffee machine and TV to use while you wait for your vehicle maintenance. The car selections are good. Sales person Tommy is very knowledgeable about car and very helpful and patient. I found a nice used Hyundai Tucson from there. I took away from one Sales person Tommy is very knowledgeable about car and very helpful and patient. I found a nice used Hyundai Tucson from there. I took away from one star because the Finance person went way overboard kept pushing us to purchase very over-priced warranty and gave us incorrect interest rate and monthly payment info at the beginning. The interest rate and monthly payment got straightened out only because my dad is in Finance and I’m accountant. The Finance person gave us the correct interest rate and favorable monthly payment only after they realized our extensive financial background. If you don’t have Finance background, please make sure you have a friend or relative who understands Finance or loan to go with you; otherwise you can be easily overpaying a few thousand without realizing. More

Driver side seat had to go back and forth to get repaired way too many times. For some reason they refuse to order a new seat and try repairing the same seat three times which failed until there were forced way too many times. For some reason they refuse to order a new seat and try repairing the same seat three times which failed until there were forced to order a new seat but only order the back part of the seat, not the whole seat assembly. Sunroof and dome light assembly was ordered back order. A new assembly was installed and was defected when I went back and had them replace it with another new model. It happened to be the wrong assembly for the wrong vehicle. However, at this point I will take my c losses and just deal with it because I would rather have something that works even though it is not the right type for my vehicle. More
