The timely service I recieved and the way in which the issue with my vehicle was explained to me was above and beyond. I can tell you that I would highly recommened Tomm Burkart as a Service Advisor to everyone I come into contact with. Tomm has alwalys given me first class sevice every time I come into Crown Hyundai Burkart as a Service Advisor to everyone I come into contact with. Tomm has alwalys given me first class sevice every time I come into Crown Hyundai weather it be a repair or a simple oil change. It is refreshing to know that some people take such pride in their profession. More

I came into Crown Hyundai not knowing what to expect. I explained my concerns with my car to the advisor. After checking my car out they called me and explained what was going on and what they needed to d explained my concerns with my car to the advisor. Came into the dealership for a simple oil change and was treated like VIP by Jarett and Tomm. In a time when courtesy and professionalism is in short supply, Jarett and Tomm have shown that excellence in s treated like VIP by Jarett and Tomm. I would definitely recommend Jarett and Tomm in addition to that the service lounge is very well laid out. Refreshments and snacks were available. I was very pleased that they were able to get my car in for service this morning, even though i had just called today. My window stopped "functioning" last night and the forecast of rain today would have for service this morning, even though i had just called today. My window stopped "functioning" last night and the forecast of rain today would have been a serious issue. I was given an estimate of 2 hours repair time, and it was pretty close to that 2 hour estimate, including a car wash, which was so desperately needed. My car had just missed the warranty by 1 month, so it could have been a costly repair, but was very pleased when Tomm said that there was no charge this time. The overall experience definitely turned my day around from what started as a negative into a positive! More

We were from out of town and the starter failed. We were towed by AAA to the dealer's on a Sunday. I called on the Monday, and while it is the service department's busiest day of the week, Mr. Burkar accommodated us and we are on the road for our two hour drive in a little over an hour. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very pleasant person and led to the waiting room. He already knew our vehicle was in the shop. I noticed that staff were washing glass, and assuring there was a supply of coffee for customers. We were pleasantly surprised that the car was washed and vacuumed as well as providing the work on the starter system. We were so impressed that we may well drive the distance to this dealer to purchase our next Hyundai. More
