Wow - everything about this dealership was terrific. Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW - $100K plus. The car took a little longer to get serviced. As a result I had to keep the loaner car an additional two days as I was caught in New York on business and my BMW M4 does not handle snow. They said fine. Not a single push back. In my 8 + years of working with them I have never had a single bad experience. More

Seriously, I never leave reviews, however, I felt compelled to offer my thoughts after a great experience this past weeke .. ...but here we are. Maybe it's the euphoria of the new car smell (new to me), mixed with the excitement that comes with owning a new vehicle (upgrading from a 2014 328i). Whatever the circumstances, I came away with lasting impressions. Shopping at Flemington BMW was truly an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I drove 6+ hours through three states for this purchase and I don't regret a single minute of the trip. Distinctively: Tom: You're a class act, my good man. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about the vehicle and taking time to answer my questions, explaining every possible detail. Also, thanks for the pen! Noha: A true lioness, fierce yet kind.
