This is the second new BMW that we purchased with Tom Terrill. Tom always keeps us updated with phone calls. He is very knowledgeable about BMW's. We always look at car colors on the road and pick out our own color but Tom very patiently helped us pick out the interior color. He always remembers us when we call him for whatever reason. We also have our 10 year old Z3 serviced at Flemington BMW. It is a unique and comfortable experience taking our cars for servicing. In summation, we are extremely happy with the Flemington BMW dealership sales and service department. In the past (since 1968), we have always had Volvo's. The last Volvo we purchased was in 1999. After bad experiences at 2 other BMW dealerships, we called Flemington BMW and spoke to Tom Terrill. We knew right away we were dealing with the right person. When we met him in person it only confirmed called Flemington BMW and spoke to Tom Terrill. We knew right away we were dealing with the right person. When we met him in person it only confirmed his outstanding customer service. He even put up with our two small children during the whole process. From first phone call to delivery to a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything with our new 740 was going fine, Tom gets 5 stars. More
