I came to North End Subaru looking to trade in my Honda Civic for a Forester. After seeing the commercials for the 2014 I really wanted to take a look at them. Frank Capoccia made this the easiest decision I've ever made. He showed me all the new features & benefits on the 2014 and after I test drove told him I would be coming back on Sunday to test drive again. Sunday was his day off but he came in just for me and I ended up buying the car that day. When I came to pick my car up a couple days later, it was once again his day off, but he came down just for me. Frank made the whole experience of buying my new car very pleasant and stress free. I would recommend him to anyone in an instant. More

We were shopping for a Mazda CX-5 at several dealerships. Jason contacted me following a truecar.com request. I told him I didn't want to drive the hour to North End without some assurance. After providing all the details, Jason worked with his team and phoned me back to say they could meet my trade request (subject to vehicle inspection). We arrived and they did exactly as they said. They obtained the CX-5 we wanted and the deal was quick and easy. Tom Liddle did a great job with the business end of the deal including awesome finance rate. I would strongly recommend the dealer for their integrity, honesty, and speedy dealing. More

I have purchased 3 Subarus from them and all three car his name listed. All the people from Parts, Service, and Sales are great at North End Subaru. Service maintained the car expertly and were always good to me concerning their service and expertise, as well as being great to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership very much to anyone as far as purchasing a car or just getting it maintained. North End also provided detailing service to my car, which was very high quality, and the car looked great. As a matter of fact, I did recommend another customer who also got detailing work accomplished at North End, and she was also very satisfied with their service. More
