I have just had another positive experience at North End Subaru. Yesterday, I visited the dealership to see Frank Lajoie, who has helped me with a total of three transactions getting me into the Subaru I wa Subaru. Yesterday, I visited the dealership to see Frank Lajoie, who has helped me with a total of three transactions getting me into the Subaru I want to drive over the past several years. Yesterday he helped me close out the lease on my 2011 Outback and to find the next leased car that would fit my needs and budget. He did it again! And today I drove off with my new leased 2014 Outback. Frank made sure that I understood the maintenance schedule for my new car, the new Rewards program, and even programed my phone so that I can use the Bluetooth feature of my phone to make calls using buttons on my steering wheel, without ever taking my eyes off of the road. Frank made sure I road tested two different cars I was looking at before I made my final decision. Then Tom made sure I could keep my vanity license plate which was important to me. He also took me through some of the financial paperwork. Jacob was able to finish up with that today. As usual, the Subaru team lead by Frank was outstanding. Through my past experience with the service department, I look forward to the same high standards as I continue to have my new car serviced at North End Subaru. Thank you Frank. More

This was my first new car purchase and I can't express how easy and stress free the experience was! Mike, Tom and all the team at North End were incredibly friendly and easy going. Mike went over express how easy and stress free the experience was! Mike, Tom and all the team at North End were incredibly friendly and easy going. Mike went over all the details and helped me find exactly the car I wanted and Tom was very thorough in explaining all the financial details. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. This is my first Subaru and I absolutely LOVE my new car, especially the remote starter that I opted for that was installed in just a few hours (best money you'll ever spend!). I am 100% completely satisfied with the process and service I received and I have already recommended Mike and the North End team to numerous people. To all the people that told me horror stories about car shopping...you clearly didn't deal with Mike or anyone at North End Subaru!! More

My wife and I had a pleasant experience buying our new car. Frank was both professional and friendly. Has was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. The environment was friendly, with no hassle and no pressure. We all know sales staff work on commission and depend on sales volume to make a living, but Greg never made us feel like just another customer and never pressured us. Just answered our questions, explained features, took us on a test drive, gave us time and space to talk over our decision in private, and provided an all-around top-notch experience. Subaru cars are an excellent choice, and this is the place to buy them. More
