New Truck Purchase I spoke with Jamie with regards to what I wanted for a vehicle. I also noted what kind of monthly payment I would be comfortable with. He understood my needs and quickly paired me up with Shari to work on finding a truck. Shari took the time to go through all my options and put together a perfect vehicle for me. They didn't have what I was looking for on the lot, but she quickly found one close by and arranged to pick it up quickly. A few options had to be added, leather seats and box liner. They made all the arrangements to get this done quickly. Shari kept in touch all along the way to make sure I knew how things were progressing. It wasn't long at all and I had my brand new vehicle ready to go. I met with Neil to go over my financing and discuss some additional protective products for my new vehicle. No pressure at all with Neil, he simply advised and I made the final decisions. I would recommend shopping for your vehicle at Blue Mountain Chrysler. They get the job done and they do it well!! Came in for a3:30p.m.service on Nov. 11. later service informed us that gas cap cover and weatherteck installed but could not find my b/s Blizzak snow tires? Booked second service for Nov.15 2:30 , received phone call saying B/S Blizzaks no longer In Stock now we have to choose a lesser snow tire. As you can appreciate we are disappointed in outcome.This aside we enjoyed Blue mountain Chrysler and any of your staff we've met. Thank-you More
