Very comfortable and friendly! Before Cityside, I visited about 3 other dealerships but I felt most comfortable with the staff and the atmosphere at Cityside Subaru. Positive experience with sales Tom was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. We test drove twice before returning to buy weeks apart. No harassing phone calls or emails. This was my Best experience ever with making a decision on where to buy a car.Thanks to the staff at City side Subaru. From the mont I entered until I drove out with my New Car, the staff could not have been nicer. I must start with Tom D'Alessandro (WOW) he has to be the most pleasant sales person ever he took complete time with me,first explaining the engine and showing a few (very short tutorials) so I could understand the quality of my Legacy. When we went for a test drive, he was very calm and explain any details and options that the car had. Working with Tom was like being with a friend (this was day 1 of meeting him) THANK YOU TOM ! When it came to trading in my car, Tome introduced me to his manager Nate,again a pure pleasure. Nate was kind and very Generous with my trade in. Thanks Nate. Lastly, all my financing was done by Michael,fully explained everything before signing, he went trough it all again. I can't say enough about this Company. Most importantly Thank you Patrick B for sending me to City Side. I LOVE MY CAR ! More
