These folks know "Texas-Friendly" for sure. They were actually happy to see me and eager to work with me in numerous selections... Trey Mattox the outstanding sales person I dealt with that day, took me around and introduced me to the good folks in management and other Lost Pines Toyota 'team/family' members. and many staff-members not introduced to... heck they greeted and spoke to me too. A very nice, comfortable, professional, non-intimidating and down-home atmosphere. Trey Mattox even took the time and rode with me on the test drive explaining some of the many features of the 2015 Silverado I bought that same day. The paper work went smooth... Jenesses Kenny at finance was friendly, professional and efficient and sealed the deal in good time. I got what I was looking for and more...a good fair deal on a quality used truck. At one point it looked like we were going to hold off on the purchase and despite this he continued to be friendly and not resort to old fashioned dealership tactics. It was also refreshing to be able to negotiate the deal in a friendly casual manner. I believe that LPT was the right place for our pre-owned purchase. More
