We called on a Wednesday and they had us in the shop the very next morning on Thursday. They also took care of servicing her transmission while we were there as well . She got a free complementary massage by a masseuse that was set up there while she was there what a great experience . I would highly recommend this dealership the people are super nice and very knowledgeable and accommodating. More

Service at its best! We are so grateful to AUTOPARK HONDA for the excellent service they provided during our recent breakdown on our way to the Raleigh airport. On Thursd We are so grateful to AUTOPARK HONDA for the excellent service they provided during our recent breakdown on our way to the Raleigh airport. On Thursday afternoon, August 2nd, we had a flat tire on Route 40. A good Samaritan stopped and put the ‘donut’ on our car. We were able to drive to our hotel in Morrisville, NC. This is where we got the phone number for the nearest Honda dealership which was Autopark Honda in Cary, NC. We left our car keys at the hotel. We had an early flight Friday morning August 3rd to Alaska. We had to wait until Monday to call the service department at Autopark Honda. We spoke to Todd Stevens from Alaska and explained our situation. Todd agreed to have our 2011 Honda Accord towed to his dealership where they would repair the tire and check the undercarriage because we also ran over a heavy piece of metal lying on the shoulder. We were very fortunate a more serious accident didn’t occur. We did speak with a few people at Honda while we were away to get updates and all of them gave us accurate information about the status of our car. This speaks to how well they communicated within the dealership. They replaced the tire and there was no other damage to our car. Our final update came from Todd. He said our Honda was on its way back to the hotel. When we returned from vacation late on Saturday night, our car was waiting for us in the hotel parking lot. The recovery from our unfortunate breakdown was handled seamlessly by everyone at both Autopark Honda and the Hampton Inn on Airport Blvd. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation. So you know you can count on AUTOPARK HONDA if you ever need them! More

While waiting the service person insisted that i need the tires balanced for an additional 23 dollars. I agreed to have that done as well. Neither work item were performed! I scratched one of the rims a while back. Imagine my surprise when I found that wheel is in the same location as it was before servicing! Also, The rims were very dirty, there was no indication they cleaned the rim to apply or remove the weights. I ask the service rep if they used the proper stick on weights and she assured me that they did and now the tires are balanced properly. How could the weights be removed and reapplied without cleaning the area where they would be applied? They weren't. That's how. either accidentally or on purpose, autopark honda ripped me off! I have a call into Todd Stevens, their service manager. He has yet to return my call. Later I talked to Kevin Mill, Who I believe is the director of Service for the Leith family of dealers. Mr Mill showed concern and assured me he will make things right. He assured me that it was not intentional and they will do the work properly as well as refund the fee. Mr mill gave me a good feeling that he really cared about me as a costumer and his company's brand. I would like to thank him for his time. it is hard to know who to trust in today's world. I hope my future experiences with Autopark Honda are more like talking to Mr. Mill and less like the service trip yesterday. More

Worst service, worst experience Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am). I asked for an oi Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am). I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, since the car would be on-site for service. I specifically asked for the power steering fluid to be refilled because it was well below the normal level. I was told that "all fluids will be topped off as part of our 55 point inspection". I couldn't make it by closing, so they arranged pick-up for Sunday. When i arrived, i immediately checked the ps fluid - the levels were the same as when i'd turned it in!! Hadn't been touched - cranked the car and the service light was still on showing service needed and an oil life at 5%. Obviously, no 55 point inspection had taken place. The oil looked fine, but how could i be sure it had been changed? I keep the car on a regular service schedule. Can i trust that the tacota air bag and tire rotation have also been done/replaced?? Takita airbags are killing people. If they'd been so lax at changing oil and topping off fluids (and how bout the tire rotation?) for the price of $68, how could I trust that a "no-charge" recall had been performed? The service dept was closed so i grabbed the sales manager to show him that i had bit received the complete oil change and service i'd paid for. He wasn't really interested and gave me the service managers number. I left - still needing ps fluid and with no real certainty that our family car was safe to drive. I took the car back in on Monday. This is now three days of dealing with a simple service job. Todd Stevens came out, popped the hood - looked at the power steering fluid and said "if it's THAT low there has to be a leak". Then he proceeded to tell me why they didn't top off the brake fluid which was also low. They took the car to the garage to inspect for any power steering leak. Came back, no leaks. "Bone dry" as one of the service advisors said. I've since asked another mechanic, and he said "power steering fluid does go down over time and should be topped off with regular maintenance." So that leads me to this conclusion: 1) since i've had my car serviced there, and without looking at my service records, i'd say at least the last three or four routine oil changes - the power steering and brake fluid HAVE NOT been "topped off" and 2) "All fluids topped off with our 55 point inspection" is a fraudulent claim. Three times in a row isn't an oversight. So after three days of dealing with this - and basically pulling teeth to get what i paid for - how was it resolved? Not with a handshake from Todd Stevens, nor a discount off of that or any future service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. If you are so inclined to give them your money, be sure to check behind them and have plenty of time at your disposal. More

I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attention of Autopark Service Dept. It was one of those iffy issues, as to whether the dealer had responsibly to correct. As a result, I had a conversation with Danny Williams (OBTH he DOES answer his mobile phone) concerning my problem. He put me in touch with Kevin and subsequently I received a call from Todd Stephens, the Service Manager. Todd had me schedule a day to come in to have the windshield replaced, at no cost to me. No haggling at all and the job was done in one day. I want to thank Danny, Kevin and Todd for the outstanding service. This is our 2nd Honda from Autopark and I would recommend them to all my friends, for car buying and service. Thanks Guys... More

Exceptional in every way but especially Jon Choi, Sales! I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new c I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new car choices that day (Lexus IS, Avalon, Camry, and Maxima) before happily ending at Auto Park Honda. My reason for choosing this car was not only because it had all the “bells and whistles” I was seeking but because of a most exceptional salesperson – Jon Choi. Jon is not just a knowledgeable and professional salesperson but he is a very good guy in every aspect of his life. Whenever I had a question about my car, I could call and he would always respond. So, Jon and I have continued to touch base over the past three years when I was having my car serviced. And, by the way, there is no better service department than the Auto Park Honda team. On my most recent regular servicing appointment, Jon and I were chatting about the new 2015 V6’s. We took a spin and I traded my 2011 for 2015, just like that!! When I picked up my new car a few days later, Jon took me through my tutorials, loaded my iPhone, and music and as is his nature, said to “call with any questions.” There is a lot of new technology on this car and yes, Jon is patiently on the other end of the phone! I will wrap this up by saying, that everyone I have dealt with at Auto Park Honda has been professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you for the exceptional service. More
