Sales was great! Finance was terrible. Very pushy and lots of double talk. Now I can’t get my warranty cancelled. I haven’t heard anything back in over a week. I bought a truck in the beginning of September. First, they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first mo they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first months payment by $30. I still have not received the $30 refund. I have spoken directly with the finance manager, Todd, on more than one occasion and they still have yet to send me a $30 check, even after telling me they would. This has been going on for weeks. I will not be returning for my next purchase. More

Brandon was fantastic! He made sure i got the car i wanted in the color i wanted. He wasn’t pushy, was knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. However, finance was a nightmare. i had to resign three times and it took almost four months to get my title stuff. i’m still waiting on a check from Norton for the late fees i had to pay, which was apparently being mailed out the week of 07/11. More
