Tim Warner and Eddie Vaughan were exceptional! Eddie did an outstanding job of presenting the updates in the 2021 Honda Odyssey Touring that I bought compared to the 2016 I had. Horrible job. Unbelievable how they can hired a staff like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my ca like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my car off then after 5 hours I came to pick my car up which all dented and scratched but they said that is not their responsibility for when I asked them to check back with the security camera to see what was happed and they ignore it to me like I am just an Asian guys don’t know much English and they can treating me. I should call the police to do the report then. I will file a claim . This is my first time their and ever. Very awful and horrible place for unprofessional just like low class acting! More
