AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE Leith Honda and salesman, Bo Rivera were fantastic to deal with! Totally customer service oriented! I’ve bought several cars, and by far this was my Leith Honda and salesman, Bo Rivera were fantastic to deal with! Totally customer service oriented! I’ve bought several cars, and by far this was my best car-buying experience ever! I definitely recommend Leith Honda and more importantly salesman Bo Rivera!! Great experience! We had a great experience today with Bo Rivera and Tim Warner purchasing our new Pilot. The man who did our paperwork, Ray Qadar, was great too. Every We had a great experience today with Bo Rivera and Tim Warner purchasing our new Pilot. The man who did our paperwork, Ray Qadar, was great too. Everyone was Helpful with our questions and gave us the customer service we have come to expect at Leith. they were all genuinely concerned with making us understand the cars features, and our buying options. Great car buying experience First let me start by saying I am absolutely in love with my new CRV. My experience with Leith Honda was nothing short of spectacular. Going into the First let me start by saying I am absolutely in love with my new CRV. My experience with Leith Honda was nothing short of spectacular. Going into the dealership I was so nervous because in the past I have had some very bad experiences with car dealerships. Sam Santiago helped me and he found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Sam took the time to explain every feature of the car to me and worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle. The way car buying should be. I first met Alison when I went to Leith for service on my Pilot and we were considering a new vehicle for my husband. Alison was willing to spend tim I first met Alison when I went to Leith for service on my Pilot and we were considering a new vehicle for my husband. Alison was willing to spend time with me, educating me about options, etc even though I was not buying that day. She is genuine, open and asks the right questions so as not to waste either of our time. We purchased a CRV for my husband in January. I was back at the dealer for regular service recently and looked into the Vehicle Exchange program and was happy to work with Allison again. Again, she asks the right questions to be sure you are getting the best vehicle to fit your needs. She builds relationships and is not in for just the sale today. I will be happy to work with her again should our family need another vehicle. In short, she is just "real", professional and easy to talk with unlike many other buying experiences I have had. Keep up the great work, Alison!! More
